"Something Felt a Little Off"
My order did go through in the end, so I can’t really say it was a disaster. But the updates took longer than I expected, and the checkout process was kind of confusing. At one point I started wondering if everything had actually gone through properly or if I’d missed something. It was okay overall, but I didn’t feel totally confident while using it

"Nice gift, but the delivery was late"
The gift itself was really nice, so I was happy with that part. But the delivery took way longer than they said it would, which was frustrating because I was kind of expecting it by a certain day and then... yeah, it just didn’t show up on time...

"Really not worth the money"
I ordered from Wheelers Luxury Gifts because I thought it would feel a bit more special given the price, but it was underwhelming when it arrived.
The item itself was fine, but nothing about it really screamed luxury. I’ve definitely seen similar things for less elsewhere, and it feels like they lean on vague wording and policy loopholes to make it hard to argue that it’s not what you expected.
For what I paid, I was expecting nicer packaging and a more premium overall experience. Instead, it just felt like poor value for money, and I wouldn’t bother ordering again.

"Looked nice at first, but didn’t last"
When it arrived, I thought, okay, this actually looks nice. But then I picked it up and something about it just felt a little cheap. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt, but two days later it broke. So yeah, not exactly the best experience.

"Packaging felt a bit cheap for the price"
The gift box showed up with a dent, and the wrapping felt kind of flimsy. I wasn’t expecting super fancy packaging, but for what I paid, I did hope it would look a little nicer and less rushed

"A bit disappointed with the slow response"
I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and while they did get back to me eventually, it took longer than I was hoping. The person I spoke with was polite and did sort things out in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue. I just felt a little disappointed that I had to chase it up more than I should have. Overall, it was okay, but I really wish the response time had been better.
